August 24, 2008 Michigan Renaissance Festival.
This weekend our company - myself, Urs, Urs's BFF Pink and Pink's owner Julia Allen with her daughter Olivia decided to visit this famous and fantastic event- the Michigan Renaissance Festival.( http://www.michrenfest.com/)
All of us had an absolutely great time and tons of fun! Urs and Pink definitely were two most popular dogs this day and they worked hard on the representation of the breed!
Hundreds of people, most of them strangely dressed, horses, parades, noises, and the attentions of many strangers- our dogs met everything with great interest and friendliness.
Urs and Pink got a great deal of socialization this day and we very proud of them!

June 30-July 8, 2008 Stockholm, Sweden. FCI World Dog Show.
I had a wonderful trip to Sweden, where I went to watch World Dog Show 2008.
It was an unforgettable and great time. The World Show was magnificent
by itself, plus the rest of time was filled by many interesting meetings and the beauty of Stockholm !
I was happy to see my old and new friends from Russia and Europe and, of course, their Black Russian Terriers.
I want to thank my friend Alexandra Goratchek and her husband Kjell for their hospitality in taking care of our big company!
My report about the trip to Sweden along with tons of pictures is coming soon |

June 24, 2008 Oak Park, MI
On June 24, 2008, our beloved dog, William
(aka Multi CH. William Edward Dale) turned 10 year old!
We want to thank him for the wonderful years he has given us and wish many, many more years! |
 |
William on his 10 th Birthday.
|
All these years William has been a wonderful ambassador for the breed in North America. Besides his accomplishments in the show ring, William proved himself an excellent stud dog. He has sired many champions who can be found in the foundation of many pedigrees of kennels around the world.
But William’s achievements are nothing compared to the great joy and companionship he has provided to us every day. He greets me in the mornings and brings me my slippers, carries the umbrella when out walking, welcomes me home with great happiness and loves to cuddle. He is my constant shadow. For 10 years he has been my brave protector, beloved dog, and priceless friend.
My dear William, thank you for these wonderful years of amazing companionship, loyalty and great fun. Most of all, thank you for the love and trust I see in your eyes every day! Happy birthday and best wishes for many more years to come.
